Who doesn't love a good Italian meal. Roberto will be serving up Penne Al Salmone (penne pasta with salmon), Pollo Saltimbocca (chicken with swiss cheese, ham, and spinach) and for dessert, Tiramisu De Orzo (barley tiramisu).
