We will start with Tom Kha Gai soup, a traditional coconut lemongrass soup, but with a few non-traditional additions (like kale)! You'll learn the power of foods and easy tips to add more nutrients to your meals. You will also learn how to roll your own spring roll which will be paired with a Perfect Peanut Sauce that you'll wonder how you ever lived without. You will then find out the secrets to making restaurant quality sticky rice as we prepare a divine mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Syrup for dessert. *Class is demonstrational.
