On the menu for the evening will be Veloute Agnes Sorel (chicken and mushroom soup enriched with eggs and cream)....so delicious!!, Risotto aux Fruits de Mer (seafood risotto: mussels, shrimp and scallops) and Souffle Glace aux Framboises (iced raspberry souffle)....a wonderful and beautiful souffle that does not need to be baked.
