Designed to make etiquette fun, learn advanced dining and social skills that are sure to impress family and friends. Class covers making proper introductions, writing Thank You notes, telephone etiquette, public speaking, and learning to dine in American and continental . With a specially crafted menu by Viva! chefs that include waiter services and crystal flatware, each class will have food served with the final one featuring a five-course graduation banquet. Parents can join us after dessert for a parent/student wrap-up. Class meets at Viva! Restaurant, 15970 Los Gatos Blvd. Materials fee of $65 payable to instructor at first class for meals and a hard covered book.
