POWER PILATES

Description

Want a more advance approach to your Pilates work-out? Then come and sweat at the Power Pilates class.  Allyson Tapley, has been teaching different forms of Pilates for many years, and this intermediate/advanced class will get you sweating while using different props to work your “powerhouse” Please bring your mat, towel, and lots of water.  Props will be provided by the instructor.
