Registration Fees
Registration fees for each class include a
certificate of attendance. See individual
class descriptions for registration costs
and discount availability. The IHV AETC
currently accepts checks and money
orders made payable to University of

Nursing/Social Work CEUs
Nursing and social work continuing
education credits are offered for an
additional fee of $25/day. One day
classes offer 6 credits and 2-day classes
offer 12 credits. The Level I Course (all
components) offer 24 credits. Please note
that credit will not be given for partial
attendance. Total number of CEUs per
class are subject to change according to
changes in the program agenda. Award
of CEUs is dependant on meeting the
requirements listed below.

Award of Certificates &
Completion Requirements

Attendance certificates and RN/SW CEU
certificates are mailed after each class
after verifying participants have met the
following criteria:
1. Sign in at the beginning and end of
each day;
2. Attend the entire program;
3. Complete the entire evaluation form;
4. Pay all fees;
5. Pass post-course evaluation test (Level
1 only).
Please list accurate email and mailing
address on registration forms. Certificate
reprints are $5.00 per certificate.

Cancellation Policy
Fees are non-refundable. If you need to
cancel a registration, contact the course
coordinator at least 24 hours in advance
and paid fees will be credited toward
enrollment in future courses. Failure
to cancel a registration within 24 hrs of
a scheduled class will result in the loss
of paid fees. The IHV AETC reserves the
right to cancel any program because
of insufficient enrollment or for other
administrative reasons. Paid participants
will be given a course credit.

ACRN Review Course


This course will assist nurses in preparation for the ACRN exam by reviewing content in the major test categories:epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, physical exam, disease process, mental health and medication therapy and will provide a review of the nursing processes involved in providing comprehensive care to the HIV infected patient. Participants will be given specific test taking strategies for the ACRN Exam and participate in a practice test with full review of test answers and rationale. Course materials and textbook will be provided. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
