Bird Study Merit Badge Workshop

Description

This 4-hour workshop is designed to meet all the requirements for the Bird Study Merit Badge. Some activities include: learning how to use a field guide and to properly care for binoculars, and observing and identifying 20 species of wild birds and learning about their feeding habitats. 


Boy scouts should dress for the weather and bring or wear the following: water bottle, jacket, sneakers or boots (no sandals), and clothes/shoes that can get dirty. Blue Cards will be provided. 

Cost: $30.00 per person. Materials and lunch are included.
