Learn the most versatile and fun partner dance on the current dance scene. This type of dancing works with a wide variety of music. This class covers basic footwork, balance, and frame, leading and following. It covers techniques, rhythm and how to find up and down beats in music. Learn how music and movement relate to the dancer. Partner rotating class, no partner needed. Singles and couples welcome.

Increase flexibility and burn calories while having fun! Learn basic dance steps associated with the countries of the Middle East, while progressing to a simple dance routine. We will spend some time on our knees, so bring a small carpet or blanket for cushioning. Loose fitting pants or leggings recommended. Line dancing is an easy way to have fun while you exercise your body and your mind. This class will focus on more than just learning dances - we will incorporate variations, choreography, learning how to know which dances to do with different songs, plus lots more.
