Body Toning with Light Weights
By using smaller weights and more reps you can strengthen your muscles and increase bone density.  We’ll establish your baseline and slowly increase your strength throughout the session. Come prepared to feel stronger!  Students will need to bring a yoga mat as well as weights. 
(No class 10/9, 11/27)



Additional Information

Thicker mat is recommended.  Beginners bring 3-5 lb hand weights; experienced bring 5-8 lb hand weights; advanced and men bring 8-10 lb weights.

Qigong is a centuries-old healing system that integrates physical posture, slow movements, and focused breathing. When performed regularly, Qigong will strengthen the immune system, reduce stress, and improve posture. Qigong is recommended for people diagnosed with cancer.
