Purchasing a "drop-in" date allows you to attend this class just once (or as many times as you like) without having to enroll in the class full-time.

Thicker mat is recommended. Beginners bring 3-5 lb hand weights; experienced bring 5-8 lb hand weights; advanced and men bring 8-10 lb weights.

This is a slow-paced style of yoga in which students hold each pose longer, allowing them to stretch the connective tissue, increasing circulation and flexibility. Postures are typically held for three to five minutes at a time, making this a restorative, meditative practice.
