The "core" is a buzz word in the fitness world. But, what is the "core," really? Dr. Abby Scheer will answer that question and teach safe exercises to strengthen and stabilize the deep core muscle complex with little to no equipment.
(Wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring a yoga mat or exercise pad and a 5-10 lb. kettle ball or hand weight.)
Seasoned and beginning runners alike are invited to join Dr. Abby Scheer, DC, for a running workshop to learn to run faster and further. We’ll focus on running form and training techniques from the ankles to the core, as well as injury prevention. This course will culminate in a complimentary running gait analysis by Dr. Scheer with insight on personalized running drills and exercises to improve your performance as a runner. Don’t forget to come dressed to run!
