Beginner Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a set of exercises, known as postures or asanas, designed to align muscles, skin, and bones. The postures help open the channels of the body to create more balance, strength, and flexibility.


Additional Information

Wear stretchy workout clothes.  Bring a yoga mat, yoga block, and a strap (such as an old tie.)

"Seasoned and beginning runners alike are invited to join Dr. Abby Scheer, DC for a running workshop to learn to run faster and further. This two part course will focus on running form and training techniques from the ankles to the core, as well as injury prevention. This course will culminate in a complimentary running gait analysis by Dr. Scheer with insight on personalized running drills and exercises to improve your performance as a runner. So don't forget to come dressed to run."

Power Flow Yoga
It's all about developing strength in this one! We will flow through a series of basic/intermediate yoga postures. Postures will be held for short time with a focus on strength and breath. This class includes heavy alignment and action instruction in order to maximize the benefits of the shapes.  Modifications and options for a lighter experience will be offered throughout the entirety of the practice.
