Begin by learning the basics of electronic fundamentals used in industry and follow through with advanced instruction. Students will gain understanding of DC/AC theory, terms, symbols, components, definitions, explanations, schematic and ladder diagrams. Expand your knowledge by gaining an understanding of single phase/three phase AC voltage, transducers, transformers, motors, and starters/controllers. Continue with troubleshooting theories and techniques necessary to maintain and support relay and discrete logic, SCRs, and PLCs. This course consists of classroom discussion, some hands-on activities, and home study. Tuition includes the Digital Multimeter (DMM) equipment.
