Ready to try something new in the garden? Topics will include asparagus, artichoke, rhubarb, Jerusalem artichoke, nasturtium, garlic scapes, pea shoots, Kakai pumpkin, sweet potato, okra, tomatillo, peanuts, baby corn, walking onion, asparagus pea, sorrel, celery root, luffas and gourds. Also included will be; Lemon grass, lemon verbena, miner's lettuce, purslane and many others. We will cover saving your own seed and starting perennial vegetables from seed. This class is intended for the experienced gardener. * 3 Saturday field trips will be hands on and held on 6/15, 6/22, 6/29.
