The ACT/SAT Math section has questions in geometry, arithmetic, and algebra. To begin preparing you for the ACT/SAT Math section, we will review some of the basic concepts from these subject areas. However, the math concepts are often not the reason for low scores in the ACT/SAT Math section. Improving your score is often just a matter of having more practice dealing with the types of questions asked in the ACT/SAT Math section in a timely fashion. Therefore, we will spend much of the course taking practice tests, reviewing practice tests, and addressing any math-related questions that arise. This will help you build a testing strategy for the ACT/SAT Math section to strengthen your confidence and score.
