Intro to swimming - don't wear lead on your person!

Becoming a swimmer is more than just learning to swim. It's learning to enjoy swimming as a fitness activity. Our goal is not just to get you across the pool - it's to start you on a lifelong path to overall fitness through one of the best, low impact, aerobic activities available.

This 6 session program will introduce you to the survival skills needed to participate in advanced Rock Climbing trips.  You will learn the use of a map, compass, rope, harness and buddy system that will qualify you to become a safer and more prepared rock climber.  Five sessions will be held at our indoor training facility and adjacent grounds with the final session being conducted at the headwaters of the San Lorenzo River.  A five mile hike and then a 1 mile vertical climb will allow you to test your newly learned skills.

Advanced skaters will move to the next level by exposure to the ramps and jumps available at the state of the art skate park.

Learn stroke techniques, competitive/racing techniques, racing dives and turns.

Learn ball handling, water treading, passing, catching, defensive and offensive skills.  All ablilites are welcome.
