With simple ingredients, you can produce beautiful bread for dipping, slicing, grilling or just eating it warm from the oven– all with your own personal touch. Come hungry! We’ll supply spreadables and dipping oils for when the bread comes out of the oven!
Bring two containers to take your dough home to finish baking and to take home a sourdough starter.
Please note that we do use ingredients to which some people have sensitivity and/or allergies. These classes may not be appropriate for individuals with sensitivity to peanuts or peanut products, nuts of various types, shellfish (in the seafood and pasta classes) and wheat products. Instructors are not able to completely separate ingredients to provide a certainty of elimination or separation of these products.
If classes are cancelled by UAA, you will receive a 100% refund of fees. To withdraw from a class you must notify the CE office of your desire no later than ten days from the start date of the class. Withdrawals will be assessed a $15 administration fee.
