All levels. Pilates is a method of physical and mental conditioning developed by Joseph Pilates. It trains the body as an integrated whole by focusing on postural alignment, abdominal and spine stabilization, mind/body control and strength throughout the complete range of motion in all joints. Regular practice will improve your fitness and result in stronger, longer, lean muscles. Increased core strength, flexibility and awareness will lead to efficient movement and help reduce the risk of injury.
