Description

About the Program: Students will participate in the mainstage production of Lucky Duck as youth interns in the ensemble of ducklings. They will work alongside adult actors and have the unique experience of rehearsing and performing in a professional show.

About the Show: Hans Christian Andersen meets the “American Idol” when the ugliest duck in the barnyard yearns to be a great singing diva in this hilariously wacky adaptation of the classic tale.

Rehearsals: February 28 – April 10, Tuesdays, 4:00-6:00pm, Some Saturdays
Tech: April 17-20, 4-9pm
Shows: April 21 – May 13*
Thursdays, Fridays at 7pm
Saturdays at 2pm and 7pm
Sundays at 12pm and 5pm
Special School Matinee: Friday, May 4 at 10am
*Youth Interns are double-cast, so each student will perform in half of the performances Detailed schedule is available from the conservatory office.
