Preschool Camp At World Of Discovery - Wk.6 - Zoo Kingdom (2.6-3.6 yrs)

Description
You’re the zookeeper this week as we explore some of your favorite animals at the zoo. Learn what they eat, how they sleep and play, and where they live in the wild.
Theme related activities each week include story time, music and movement, arts and crafts, simple science, outdoor play and exploration. Camp activities will be designed accordingly for each age group. NOTE: Camper must be 2 yrs., 6 mos. or older by 6/15/12 to register. Potty training is required for children 3.7 - 6 yrs.
BRING: Materials fee of $5 per camper, is due the first day of camp. Please provide your child with a healthy snack and drink each day. Parents need to apply sunscreen. Campers need to wear closed toed shoes. Provide a change of clothes in a large labeled Ziploc bag, and diapers and wipes if needed, each week. Click on 'World Of Discovery'. Click on '2012-13 Required Licensing Forms Packet'. NOTE: Packet must be completely filled out before the first day of camp. Doctors signature required on one of the forms and may require a 2-3 day turnaround.
LOCATION: World Of Discovery (WOD) Preschool is located on the Saratoga High School campus, 20300 Herriman Ave., Saratoga, in the building adjacent to the McAfee Performing Arts and Lecture Center. Look for the purple gate and World Of Discovery logo painted on the door.
EXTENDED DAY SCHEDULE (8:00AM-3:00PM) includes a 30-45 minute quiet time.
LATE PICK UP FEE: $20 will be charged for every 15 minutes or portion thereof after scheduled class end times. Fee payable at pick up.

FORMS: ‘2012-13 Required Licensing Forms Packet’: WOD is a licensed preschool with forms required by the State Of California. NOTE: Physician’s Report form needs a doctor’s office signature or stamp. The Physicians Report form may be a 1-3 day turnaround depending on the medical facility. A physician, nurse practitioner or nurse must sign or stamp the form. You do not need a doctor’s appt. unless immunizations are not up to date. WOD cannot accept the ‘yellow’ immunization card because they are not always kept up to date. Your medical office can fax the form to WOD, 867-4683 (fax and phone).
