Come make elegant, dome-shaped truffles with a variety of luscious fillings including: white, milk and dark chocolate. Karen will show you how to flavor basic ganaches with liqueurs and oils. Everyone will make and take 12 truffles in a gift box (approx. one pound) for sharing (or hoarding). You will be given recipes, notes and tips, and keep your own truffle molds. You must pre-register for this class at least a week in advance... space is limited! Supplies will be available for purchase following class. A $12 material fee is payable to the instructor in class.
