Loni is new here and she will be cooking up great food that is healthy and delicious! She will be making two different versions of the famous green smoothies. They are a perfect way to start the day, great for that mid-afternoon pick me up, or a perfect replacement for your late night snack. Then we will be making a mock Cafe Rio style meal. Cilantro lime quinoa with black beans and some fresh pico de gallo, and of course, we cannot forget a healthier version of the famous tomatillo dressing! This a fun salad dish that is bursting with flavors and fresh ingredients to keep you feeling energized. We can't forget dessert. It will be peanut butter and chocolate covered bananas that are frozen to make little "ice cream" bites! These are so good and guilt free.
