Honey is an organic, natural sugar alternative with no additives. It is easy on the stomach and adapts to almost all cooking processes. What's not to love? During this hands-on class, participants will learn how to adapt most recipes calling for sugar to honey and how to prepare a variety of new, tasty dishes.
A $15 materials fee will be collected at the beginning of class.
