Yoga helps reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression! There is a world-wide epidemic of depression and anxiety. Stepping on a yoga mat can remind you of your "wholeness" and what is right-right now in this moment. By focusing on breath and learning body alignment of the poses, the negative thinking and stress can be reduced. Class size is limited to 22, so register early! Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel.
