Opportunities abound for youth to learn the fundamentals of their favorite sports at DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) sports camps! Campers will learn the rules and regulations of the chosen sport and engage in physical game play. Sports camp will encourage physical fitness while teaching participants the concepts of teamwork and sportsmanship. Camps are open to youth ages 6 to 13 years old.  Tennis Camp participants must be ages 8 - 13 years old.

Participants will learn fundamentals of basketball, sportsmanship, working as a team, physical activity, and how to officiate the game of basketball.
