Pony Camp (5-8 yrs)

Stable is located on the border of Los Gatos Mountains and Scotts Valley.  Do horses and ponies fascinate your children?  This is the perfect opportunity for children to learn and interact with them in a fun and supportive environment.  We will work together to learn about pony safety, grooming, haltering, leading, saddling and riding with poise.  Pony People Pony Camps will also include craft time, snack time, baby farm animal learning and interaction, a gardening center and homemade ice cream!  Please bring your own bagged lunch from home and a water bottle.  We will provide the snack.  Due to the popularity of the camps, we will offer a maximum of 2 days of camp per child.  Thank you for your understanding.  We would like as many children as possible to have the opportunity to visit and learn.  If you have any questions please feel free to visit www.pony-people.com for more details.  Due to the pony's small size we have a weight limit of 75 lbs.  Class limit: 8 students.  Please remember the following: wear long pants and sturdy shoes (boots if you have them), helmets (I have some but feel free to bring your own; must be an equestrian helmet-no bike helmets), and wear sunblock.  You will receive directions with your registration confirmation.  For more information or questions on the class please phone (408) 828-9185.  Parents are more than welcome to stay but are not required.
