Vedic Heritage School
 VHS program at Sri Meenakshi Tempe is a biweekly program between the months of August and May academic year since February 2000. It is completely and independently managed by more than 40 volunteers in the role as coordinators and teachers donating around 8000 volunteer hours. The age range for the classes are from 4-16 years children. There are 20 class periods in an academic year. The program opens with a very cordial "Parents and Teachers Orientation Day" in August, and conclude with a grand "Year End Program" in May. Other celebrations during the year include Saraswathi Pooja in October, participation in Gandhi Jayanthi event, Teachers & Volunteers Appreciation Day in December, Bala Shlokothsavam in Feb, participation in Ram Navami Pooja, and gala Holi festival events during April.
