This class will be a review of the responsibilities that your loved ones will have as it pertains to administering your estate after you have passed away.  We will review a trustee's duties and obligations and the necessary steps in a trust administration.  We will also go over things you can do now to make life easier for your loved ones after you pass away.  Please join me in discussing steps we can all take now to ensure we do not leave a mess behind after we are gone.  (1 session)

Instructor: David Eastman studied at Brigham Young University and earned a degree in Psychology.  He then attended California Western School of Law and finished his legal education at Arizona State University College of Law where he focused on Estate Planning and earned his Juris Doctorate degree. In 2005, David joined the team at Morris Hall as a legal assistant and then an attorney in the Estate Administration Department. He practices in all areas regarding estate planning but focuses especially on the areas of Estate Administration and Probate. Recently, David worked as a co-writer on the Arizona Estate and Probate Planning Handbook. He has helped many families and individuals through the difficult time of loss by helping facilitate assets and probate when necessary.
