We will engage in some stretching and core exercises that can be done in class and at home, simple wrist locks, arm bars, kicks, stomps, punches, blocks and having a lot of fun doing it. (6 sessions)

Instructor: Pat McGannon studied under Mr. Ed Parker, Kenpo Karate, in Pasadena, CA for several years, competed in tournaments in the Long Beach and Los Angeles area before joining the Marine Corp. After the Marines Pat studied the discipline of Tae Kwon Do for a time, and decided to take a hiatus from Martial Arts, 1978 to 2013, to pursue other interests and obtain a B.S. in Recreation Management. Having a burning desire to continue in the Martial Arts he began, again, studying the discipline of Tae Kwon Do under the auspices of Grand Master Cho. He acquired 1st degree Black Belt in 2016 and continues to train on a regular basic, along with teaching adults in the art of self-defense.
