You already know that Volunteer Engagement is an important strategy to move forward your mission, but how do you keep your volunteers motivated and engaged to increase your impact?


Join us for a 2 hours PD to explore best practices in engaging, retaining and motivating your volunteers. Participants in this workshop will learn/gain valuable insights into the following key points:

*Strategic and purposeful management of volunteer resources

*Focusing volunteers on organization’s mission, impact, outcomes

*Recognizing and celebrating their contribution and success
