March 8 - Favoring Fiber
In this class we will talk about the important role that fiber has in preventing and healing cancer as well as other illnesses.  We will start with an Easy Bean Salad that is sure to be a hit at home.  We will also make Quick Bean Burritos with Pan-Seared Portobello Mushrooms and Calabacitas.  We will finish the class with a homemade Berry Applesauce topped with a Maple Oat Crunch.
March 15 - Discovering Dairy Alternatives
Science has proven there are many links between dairy consumption and many of the diseases prevalent in our society.  We will talk about many alternatives and you will have a chance to sample each one (ex.
