Breads, cookies, cakes and beautiful desserts are all within reach of anyone wanting to avoid gluten. With simple ingredients and minimal substitutes, this class is packed with techniques, resources and recipes that are virtually endless.

This class includes a recipe book, light gluten-free meal, and a customized kitchen utensil to take home!
