Regular Student: $35.00

This 30-minute total body exercise class for senior adults is designed to give participants improved muscle strength and tone, flexibility, balance, stamina, improved bone density, as well as aiding in weight management. The structure of the class includes standing, bending, and/or seated chair exercises with continuous movement involving large muscle groups, as well as activities facilitating a greater range of motion around joints.

NOTE:  The class is designed to accommodate participant’s needs and movements can be performed standing or sitting.

  • A set of resistance bands with handles, which includes 3 to 4 different resistance levels. Can purchase at a store that sells workout equipment.  The cost ranges from $12.99 and up.

  • Wear comfortable clothes for movement and sneakers with support and flexibility.
