This 30 minute Total Body exercise class for senior adults puts movements to music using techniques that emphasize balance, abdominal strength, and muscle control to enhance and support activities of daily life. All movements performed within this class are done from a standing or chair sitting position.


Additional Information

Wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes. 

Age Range:  16  -  & UP
