The St. Charles Adult and Community Education program offers a fall and spring semester Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training program. If you are interested in enrolling, the first step is to attend a free mandatory orientation.

The orientation will be conducted by the EMT instructors and will cover EMT program accreditation information, course requirements, course outline, discussion of state requirements on testing, course registration and fees, and attendance. Students must pass an entrance exam, be at least 18, and have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HISET to be admitted.

Additional Information

This orientation will be conducted via Zoom.  You will receive an invite link the day of the orientation.  

Entrance exam can be taken the day of orientation. Cost for the entrance exam is $25.00 and is due at the time of examination. Please contact 636-443-4019 to schedule the entrance exam.
