Weaving with Invasive Plants and Garden Waste Workshop with Sharon Kallis

Regular Student: $79.01

Learn the fundamentals in how to  discover the "good" weaving plants in your own environment. What to look for, how to assess a plants weaving characteristics, and a few basic weaving techniques will be introduced.

Learn a bit about seasonal garden bed clean-up and what plant stocks can be saved for winter weaving projects. No experience necessary. For ages 16 and up.

Registration fee waived for members.

Participants should bring garden gloves, garden clippers if they have them, wear old clothing, good footwear for all terrain hiking.  Some time will be spent outdoors gathering materials so please wear weather appropriate clothing - rain or shine.

Please register by November 1.

All other  tools supplied.

Please note that we require a minimum of 10 registrations for this workshop to go ahead.
