Canning and Preserving - Autumn in a Jar: Fall Apple Chutney


The focus of this class will be gift-giving. We will begin by crafting Fall Apple Chutney, a tangy and spicy combination of New Mexico chilis, sweet onion and dried cranberries. This chutney is perfect for holiday cheese trays as well as a topping for burgers, paninis and frittatas. Next, we will craft an elegant Blueberry-Lavender Jam, a fruity and floral preserve that is a welcome delight during the cooler fall and winter seasons.This jam makes a perfect hostess gift that can be enjoyed with tea and scones in the afternoon or at any breakfast table.
