The Polenta is one the traditional dish of the north of Italy, made of boiled cornmeal. It’s a very popular dish in the winter where the temperature is cold and the restaurants serve the polenta with cheese, meat, sausage or mushroom sauce. We are going to cook together the polenta “concia”, with a variety of cheeses, and the polenta with a tasty sausage sauce.

Apple cake is another traditional northern Italian dish. We’ll bake the version with Mascarpone cheese to make our cake even fluffier!
