This class will give you techniques to help manage your stress. You will learn methods to quiet your mind from all the worry and mindless chatter, improve stress tolerance and mental awareness. Emphasis will be on breath work, ways to quiet the mind, and releasing stress in the body. We will practice several different breathing methods to release tension. You will be given information on how to do self-body scans and stretches to release accumulated stress in the body.
