Canning and Preserving - Spring in a Jar Series - Lemon Jamalade/ Preserved Lemons


The focus on this class will be lemons. We will be crafting Jamalade a cross between Jam & Marmalade profiles. We will craft Lemon & Ginger Jamalade, perfect with biscuits and scones as well for use in savory dishes.

Next, we will craft Preserved Lemons in a jar a Moroccan staple; a perfect condiment to add to pan sauces, grilled meats, rice dishes, yogurt sauces and vinaigrettes.
