Prenatal Yoga


This gentle yoga practice helps moms-to- be in relieving stress in their mind and body. During this class we will focus on breath synchronization with movements to improve calmness of the mind, gentle but deep stretches to relieve pain in the body and postures to strengthen joints. Different types of relaxation techniques will help the mother-to-be able to take rest in a short period of time and feel refreshed.
