Sweet Tarts


Our instructor will walk you through the steps of mixing, rolling, and baking a perfect sweet pastry crust that lends itself to a variety of impressive tarts: Lemon Tart, Almond Bakewell Tart and Milk Chocolate Walnut Tart. You'll enjoy working alongside other students learning the secrets for ensuring delicate, flaky crusts every time and the technique behind creating a tangy lemon cream, almond frangipane filling (almond cream) and chocolate ganache - all sweet fillings that can be used in creating a multitude of magnificent desserts.  It will be a race to lick the bowl in your house. Tuition includes a $20 food fee.
