Standout Holiday Side Dishes


Roast, bake, season and saute your way to a well-organized, plentiful and eclectic holiday meal. It’s the sides that stand out!  Recipes will include a festive winter green salad with candied walnuts and pomegranates; streuseled sweet potato casserole; potato fennel gratin; kale and wild rice salad with cranberries/pecans/blue cheese; and herbed corn spoon bread. Learn what dishes can be made ahead and the best techniques for plating and reheating. Tuition includes a $20 food fee.
