Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness Grades 1-3

Let’s exercise our minds and bodies to improve our mental and physical strength. We will practice meditation and yoga, read books, and engage in activities that focus on mindfulness. We’ll go on nature walks, make crafts, and master yoga poses. Develop a positive attitude and learn to handle whatever life may throw your way. Please be aware of our cancellation policy 

 Note: Please bring your own yoga mat.
