Stretching and Stress Release

Description

We are all dealing with different things & added stress right now in our day to day lives.
Practicing Yoga style & other easy, fun movements can help us all feel good, calm &
connected to our bodies, hearts & minds.
Students can enjoy better focus & empathy, as well as improved stamina, flexibility,
coordination & balance. All this will help to increase confidence, self esteem and social skills too!
We will also spend some time learning a bit about the way our bodies are built and the
various systems within them.
Everyone who participates gains a greater awareness of ways to be contributors to their
own healthy, happy compassionate lives.

Materials Needed:
Loose or stretchy clothes
a mat or beach towel
enthusiasm
