Gymnastics: Barrels of Fun! Grades 1-3

Come practice tumbling and gymnastics skills, and work on stretching, flexibility, coordination, and strength-building exercises in a non-competitive atmosphere. Each day we will focus on new techniques and practice mastering skills. We will keep journals to track our progress and remember routines. Activities will include low beam, forward and back rolls, mini tramp, cartwheels, barrel and box mat stunts, and more. We’ll end the week with a show to highlight all we’ve learned. Wear snug-fitting, comfortable clothes (no jeans), socks, and hair pulled back.
