Basic Technology Skills for Adult Educators

Description

This offering is targeted to instructors and tutors of ABE, GED® Prep or ESL who are interested in brushing up their digital skills to be more effective in teaching. This will be a hands-on interactive training session that will cover basic computer skills for adult educators. 

Participants will learn how to:

• Create templates for lesson plans in MS Word
• Record attendance, grades and learner progress using MS Excel
• Design dynamic presentations using  MS PowerPoint
• Use cloud-based storage devices (Dropbox, SkyDrive, etc.)
• Search and use materials from the internet efficiently and effectively.

Note: This training is designed for educators with basic technology skills.
