Yoga & Mindfulness Grades 6-9

Description

Alyssa Napolitano, ELA Teacher, Gibbs

Feel a sense of accomplishment from mastering new and challenging yoga poses in just one week. This class will pair gentle flow and more active vinyasa yoga with guided meditation. We will work toward the goal of enjoying being active and reaching a state of mindfulness and relaxation. We will also make connections to being present, both on our mats and in our daily lives.

Note: Please bring your own yoga mat, along with two yoga blocks if you have them.
