Outback Summer Program

Registration for Outback 2018 is now open.

Outback provides a small, safe neighborhood atmosphere where every child feels welcome. Outbackers participate in cooperative games, have the opportunity to deepen their appreciation for the arts, and become part of a unique community that returns every year to experience the magic of childhood summers. Outback celebrates and honors the many interests, curiosities and talents that children bring with them by offering an array of activities presented by a diverse staff.

Extended Day: To register for extended day, please add both a morning option and an afternoon option to your cart. Please do not register for only an afternoon option as it is not a valid schedule on its own. Extended day options carry a $1 processing fee.



Grades 1-6 Outback Regular Day
Grade Range: 1 - 6

Outback 2018 begins July 2nd (closed on the 4th in observance of Independence Day) and runs for eight weeks. We offer a daily variety of engaging visual arts, drama, dance, music, and sports activities for children entering kindergarten through sixth grades in September. Licensed by the EEC for 120 children, Outback provides a small, safe, neighborhood atmosphere. Outbackers participate in cooperative games, have the opportunity to deepen their appreciation for the arts, and are part of a community with a long history of making every child feel welcome.  Outback celebrates and honors the diversity of interests, curiosities and talents that children bring with them to our program by offering a diverse array of activities presented by a diverse staff. At Outback, children have the opportunity to be themselves and let their inspiration guide them!

Kindergarten Outback Regular Day

age-appropriate activities. Students must be four years old by March
31st, 2015 to be eligible for Kindergarten Outback. Our staff is
sensitive to the fact that this may be your child’s first summer program
experience. Activity times are age-appropriate and rest time is built
into the day to allow children a comfortable daily schedule. Our
priority is to make all incoming children feel welcome in this new
setting by grouping children into smaller cohorts and minimizing
