Complete courses to earn your diploma at your own pace!  Work with our teachers independently using computer based instruction.  Applicants must have official copies of transcript and valid state issued identification at the registration/orientation appointment (mandatory).

 

Enrollment Procedure
 
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in Golden Oak Adult School
 
To begin the enrollment process, please watch our Orientation Video.
 
After you have watched the orientation video, please complete the Orientation Quiz.
 
After you have completed the orientation process (Video and Quiz) and RECEIVED your official transcripts, please create a student account and complete the online registration form.
 
New Students

If you are a new student to our high school diploma program, or re-enrolling after an absence longer than our regularly scheduled summer break, please enroll in New Student - High School Diploma/HiSET so that we can begin processing your registration. 

 

*Due to COVID-19, at this time all testing and intake appointments are being conducted remotely.*
 
Before your CASAS Testing/Advising Appointment, you must mail the following:
  • Valid picture ID
  • Official Transcript(s)** - You must have your official (still sealed) transcripts containing all your high school information
 
Mailed transcripts and ID copies should be sent to 23201 Dalbey Dr, Santa Clarita, CA 91355
 
**If your last Public High School was within the William S. Hart High School District after the 2001-2002 school year, we will be able to access those transcripts. These are the ONLY transcripts we will be able to retrieve. All others require you to contact your last educational institution.
 
High School Diploma Program

Guidelines

Due to COVID-19, Golden Oak Adult School will not be conducting in-person lab hours for Diploma students. All students will be assigned a mentor teacher and will be expected to attend a weekly check-in meeting to discuss their progress and set goals. Students who fail to attend their meetings with their mentor teacher or make adequate regular progress WILL be dropped from the program.
