5K Training Program - Keepin' It Healthy
Keepin' It Healthy is a 5K beginning running class that teaches and motivates you to run into a healthy lifestyle.  Along with learning running techniques to complete a 5K marathon, each class will have a 30 minute discussion on various nutrition topics.  Topics include, how to read food labels, why diets don't work, and much more!

Beginner Yoga: Vinyasa Flow

Gentle Yoga

Do you want to achieve the benefits of good health?  Join us in this slower paced class using simple yoga poses that will help you increase strength and muscle tone while achieving physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  You will move at a steady pace, slowly cycling though a series of floor based or seated asanas and some standing poses. While the intensity may be lower, the focus and commitment are high. This class is appropriate for all levels and ages.

Resistance Band Training for Seniors

This 30-minute total body exercise class for senior adults is designed to give participants improved muscle strength and tone, flexibility, balance, stamina, improved bone density, as well as aiding in weight management. The structure of the class includes standing, bending, and/or seated chair exercises with continuous movement involving large muscle groups, as well as activities facilitating a greater range of motion around joints.

NOTE:  The class is designed to accommodate participant’s needs and movements can be performed standing or sitting.
