Beginner Yoga: Vinyasa Flow

This fun, engaging class for all fitness levels teaches the basics of Vinyasa yoga. You'll learn the correct alignment for integral poses and how to connect these poses to breath. Special emphasis will be placed on moving in and out of postures safely. Discover how relaxed yoga can make you feel.

Country Line Dance II- Keep The Line Going

If you are an experienced beginner, come join us at this session where you will continue to build your footwork knowledge while learning improver line dances. These dances are performed regularly at line dance events throughout the region. You will have fun as well as get some great exercise when you “Keep the Line Going”!
