Learn how to quickly get started in a meditation practice, and ways to incorporate mindfulness in daily life. Develop powerful habits to calm the mind, to willfully focus attention on a task, and to manage anxiety and stress for overall wellbeing. To encourage reflection and insight, class time will include group and journaling activities.
