This two-day class will cover the basic document requirements for performing a mail merge in MS Word. Also covered, are tips and tricks for preparing source documents for a mail merge. No text required. Students should have basic user knowledge of MS Word. Basic knowledge of Excel not required but helpful.

Microsoft Excel 2013-Tips and Tricks

Prerequisite: Computer Typing (Minimum typing speed must be 25 wpm) and Introduction to Computers.  Expand your current skills in Excel by learning how to work with data on large spreadsheets. Topics include using tools for enhancing charts, navigating around large spreadsheets, using special functions to manipulate text, and data in columns. Get a feel for using tables and pivot tables to analyze data. No textbook is required.
